We created MUVlab studio out of a passion and a need to inspire with yoga and a positive approach to life. Here, the Californian sun shines all year round. We see yoga not just as          a physical practice, but as a journey into oneself and creating a friendly, relaxing atmosphere.  We nourish the senses by combining music, the essence of yoga, and contemporary forms      of movement. We want your stay here to be a unique experience.

A creator who loves making things that align with what she feels.

MUVlab studio is the project closest to her heart, an ideal space inspired by the Californian style, where she combines yoga, a friendly approach to life, and positive energy.

OLA
INSTRUCTOR & STUDIO COORDINATOR

Fascinated by a healthy lifestyle and sports. She found fulfillment in yoga and discovered that she wants to share it with others.     

She loves combining different forms of movement and completed Kobido and Blackroll Yoga training.

MAGDA
DESIGNER

A yoga enthusiast and a talented designer  by profession.

She combines these two worlds, realizing herself and unique projects, of which she has many. She is the author of the studio’s visual identity.

KAROLINA

A yoga practitioner, pilates method trainer, and active lifestyle enthusiast.

She is inspired by what positively affects the body, mind, and soul. She loves connecting with people in everyday life, especially on the mat.

MARTA

A yogi who loves dynamic practices.          She values them not only for the physical aspect of working with the body but also for their soothing effect on well-being and the mind.

Strong intuition, mental and physical strength are what she has experienced on the mat and passes on.

KAROLINA

A personal trainer, fitness, and pilates method trainer. A sports enthusiast with a constant appetite for development.

For years, he has been promoting an active lifestyle and convincing his clients that exercise can work miracles and have a positive impact on the body, mind and soul.

DODO

A yogi who connects the heart and body      so that they are in harmony with each other.

On a daily basis, he is guided by the motto “Move what you feel” (a wordplay – “mów” in Polish means say), treating each practice as comprehensive development and self-care in today’s intense reality.

OLGA

ANIA

A yoga practitioner, gymnast, and dancer who is entirely in love with aerial yoga.     

She likes to push boundaries and encourages her students to do the same. She treats new challenges as a way to strengthen the spirit and body. Her energy motivates and inspires.

WIKTORIA

She has been practicing yoga for 8 years and has explored various styles – from aerial to ashtanga.

She loves practicing and teaching yoga, sharing her energy on the mat. She believes in a holistic approach to life, combining yoga with psychology. For her yoga teachings, she travels to Bali.

ARAM

Her yoga journey began in Nepal.              She has completed courses such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, and Yin Yoga, recognizing the transformative effects of practice and meditation.                         

Aram combines ancient yoga techniques with psychology, believing in their power to discover inner potential.

OLGA

Movement has been present in Olga’s life for as long as she can remember.

Her own yoga practice made her realize how important it is to pay attention to one’s limitations and build inner strength.                In her classes, she focuses on body awareness, breath, and internal observation.

AGNIESZKA

A certified teacher of Vinyasa, Yin, and Nidra Yoga. She believes that working with asanas and breath, along with meditation, can be a source of health and vitality, a method to stimulate inner potential, self-awareness, and strength – as well as a way to better understand oneself.
